Candida, parsites, stoamch issues..?
Kenny H asked:
I have been sick for 4 months now. Started with burning nausea in the stomach. I thought it would just go away, but it did not. Now I have constant nausea, sore throat, white tonge, mentall confusion, spacy feeling, muscle aches, dizzy, mucus in stools, griding teeth, loss of appetite, headaches, and a all round sick feeling. These symptoms have been everyday since I have gotten sick. Before this started I went under alot of stress. I have had a barium test, 2 gallbladder test, 2 ct of the stomach, colonocopy (they removed one polpy), and blood test. All test came back good. From the test I have had and the research I have done I beleive I have Candida and or parsites. Iam not a doc so Iam not positive. I do the Candida spit test everyday and fail it, but it may not be that accurate. Iam only 19 and really want my life back. Anyone who has gone through or can help please. I feel like Iam wasting life, just sitting around I need to get back to work. Please any info. Thanxs

Continous high levels of stress will take a toll on your digestive system. A few others also suffering from stomach ailments. I used to have stomach pain and spasms years ago. Here’s what I did to overcome it:
I used to suffer from stomach spams when I was younger. Yes, I think I can still remember the pain- it’s so bad that I was vomitting and passing water- and most of the time- stuff wanna come out from both ends at the same time. I had cured myself of this condition and it is not with taking buscopan. I have just shared these tips with someone who had gone through the same problem- and I hope it will help you:
1. If you still have the pain, avoid anything with milk or its derivatives such as cheese. You may be also lactose intolerant.
2. Get your digestion working well by taking more fruits that has high fiber content- red apples are excellent. Drink lots of water- it’s important so that food does not get stuck in your stomach walls.
3. Till you fully recover, don’t take fried stuff, meat that are BBQ-ed or fried. If you want to have meat, then stick to the steamed ones.
4. Anything else that you imagine will move around and cause lots of ‘deposits’/slimmy in your intestine track such as creamy soup, starchy stuff or peanut butter must be avoided. Yeah, and avoid peanuts and reduce your beans intake because it causes bloating.
5. Take some oats.
6. No iced water with meals- it affects digestion because your stomach needs room and not freezing temperature to digest food.
7. Eat regularly and do not skip meals. If your digestive system is not feeling well, you can take Ensure (sold in phamarcies) as it does not irritate your stomach and gives you the nutrient that you need.
The goal here is to fix your digestive system and hopefully, the other conditions such as muscle pain and dizziness will subside. Sometimes, food get stuck and things like meat can rot in the intensines causing bacteria to feed on it and release toxins. Fiber and warm water are important to clean out the intestines.
Try to cut down the stress in your life- if not, at least take care of the digestive track. You are right, you are 19 and you should be living the best part of your life, not stuck like this with a stomach problems. Hope you get well soon.
