Im going crazy here with this yeast if it isnt a yeast infection I get itchy hives, has anyone gone through this? If yes do you know of a good candida treatment the diflucan, and suppositories just arent cutting it..
Acidophilus with bio flora. In pill form from the health food store. Yogurt is a good source of live culture acidophilus as well. Avoid sugar and things that have yeast in them. There is a book called the yeast connection. I don’t remember the authors name but Amazon.com is sure to have the book in stock.
Femcare (Clotrimazole vaginal) is the best one. See info below.
