Is this a Sign of candida?

i read up on candida, and there is a spit test to do, where you spit in a glass of water….and if it dissolves there is no candida….but if it sits on the top and strings down than candida is present…

well i spit in a glass of water first thing in the morning as well as during the day and its like i blew my nose in the water, strings down and wont dissolve..

does this mean i have candida? i also have alot of bloating, and sometimes for no reason, i started on probiotics don’t know how well they will work….

any help would be appreciated
