What is the treatment for candida in boys case?

I had candida, i’m 5 moth pregannt, so i know is common, but i’m wondering if my boyfriend also has it, and if yes, how can he treat it? i took some intravaginal ovuls, so it was gone in three days, but i don’t want to have it again.

Ask your OB for some med for your boyfriend. He can probably take something like Diflucan (a one dose pill), or use a topical cream. Just make sure it’s just Candida, and he’s not messing around on you. Your doc can do a check for STDs as well.

candida can reoccure according to certain things such as diet, hormonal changes, or environmental factors. in men, it manifests itself as itching, burning ehrn urinating, or reddening of the penis. u should ask ur gyno if ur boyfriend needs to take treatment or not.
